Our Story

From school friends to partners in life and business - this is how it started.

We’ve known each other since primary school, though life took us on different paths for a while. Years later, we reconnected through a shared passion for digital marketing. Izzy was already deep in the world of SEO, while Filip specialised in performance marketing.

What started as a few shared projects quickly turned into a vision — to build something of our own. That’s how Creatos Media was born. We wanted to create an agency that truly supports client growth, not just in one channel, but across every stage of the marketing journey.

From late nights freelancing alongside our full-time jobs to growing a roster of clients we genuinely care about, Creatos has always been built on one principle: partnership.

Izzy is a digital marketing professional with over a decade of experience, specialising in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and content strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Derby, a Master’s in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University, and both a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and an LLM in Applied Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent University.

Before co-founding Creatos Media, Izzy worked across three digital marketing agencies and held an in-house Marketing Manager role for a fitness brand. She also freelanced for five years while working full time, gaining a broad perspective on business challenges from both sides of the table.

Her experience spans clients of every size — from local businesses to international e-commerce brands — across sectors such as fashion, tech, and iGaming.
Beyond SEO, Izzy’s skills extend to social media marketing, Google Ads, analytics, and App Store Optimisation, blending creativity with data to deliver measurable results.

Izzy has spoken at international events including BrightonSEO, SEMKRK, State of Search, Pubcon, and major iGaming conferences such as CasinoBeats Malta, iGB London, and iGaming Germany. She has also contributed to four editions of the SEO in… ( 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026) book series, sharing insights from her experience in search and strategy.

Filip is a seasoned digital marketing and e-commerce specialist with over a decade of experience helping brands grow through data driven strategy. He began his career at Bluebella, where he developed expertise in PPC, affiliate marketing, social media, and digital strategy, eventually leading the digital team as Marketing Manager. During his time there, he helped deliver a crowdfunding campaign that raised nearly £1 million.

Driven by a passion for performance marketing and innovation, Filip has supported businesses of all sizes, from start ups to international e-commerce brands, with a focus on sustainable growth and cross channel results.

At Creatos Media, he leads strategy across PPC, paid social, affiliates, and analytics, ensuring every channel contributes to measurable revenue growth. He has guest lectured at Middlesex University and frequently speaks at international conferences, including BrightonSEO’s Paid Social Show, State of Search in Texas, Eventus in Munich, and the Ecommerce Expo in London.

His approach blends data, creativity, and collaboration, helping brands turn insight into performance and performance into growth.
