Honestly, what a year it has been.
It had its ups and downs—and it wasn’t the easiest year.
But we are so grateful for everything 2024 brought to us.
We had the privilege of working on exciting campaigns with some fantastic clients this year, and the most important thing is that most of them are staying with us for the New Year!
We started working with Tekshop in January, at the beginning of the year. We are proud to say we have just passed the 12-month mark and are going strong into the New Year!
We hit the 17-month mark with Urban Bar and are charging even stronger into the New Year with new projects and ideas!
Our overall customer retention rate in 2024 was terrific, and we are super proud and thankful to every one of our clients who continued to trust us over the year—or even over the years!
Some of the results we are super proud of:
- 39% increase in overall revenue for e-commerce client #1 in 2023 vs 2024
- Over 23% increase in SEO revenue for e-commerce client #1 in 2023 vs 2024
- Over 3,222% increase in revenue from Paid Search for e-commerce client #1 in 2023 vs. 2024
- 645% increase in revenue from Paid Search for e-commerce client #2 in 2023 vs. 2024
- Facebook followers increased by 829% over 6 months
- Facebook profile visits increased by 145% over 6 months
Creatosian Calendar - 2024 Edition
January
Our Q1 of 2024 was super busy but also super exciting! As mentioned, we started 2024 with an exciting client win: we teamed up with Tekshop—a family-owned computer retailer from Nottingham.
February
In February, Izzy participated in a panel discussion on AI and SEO at ICE and IGB Affiliate in London alongside Liga Tarasova, Sean Bianco, and Maja Jovancevic.
They discussed the influence of AI on SEO strategies. We had a fantastic time at ICE, and we are super proud that we got to speak at the very last London event before the big move to Barcelona!
March
We ventured to Las Vegas for Izzy to present at Pubcon in March.
Izzy talked about the importance of a holistic marketing approach and how “jacks of all trades” are not so bad because understanding the bigger picture in marketing is vital.
Well, there was this—and, of course, we had the wedding! Izzy and Filip decided to double the business trip with their Vegas wedding trip! They tied the knot at the Vegas Weddings Chapel a day before Pubcon!
Las Vegas truly surprised us with its unique vibe!
Shortly after we returned, the team exhibited at ExCel London at the Business Innovation Expo.
Our stand was super busy, and we met so many amazing people (maybe it was our charm, or perhaps the brownies and free massages offered by our friend—a professional sports masseur—we’ll never know 🙂).
We connected with many amazing businesses and people, tried speed-dating for networking, and, of course, had Filip presenting on the importance of holistic marketing—yes because that’s what we’re all about.
Another highlight of March was Izzy’s guest lecture at Middlesex University on the Fundamentals of SEO. It was a busy and exciting month!
Filip continued his weekly marketing lectures at Middlesex until the end of the academic year and resumed in September through December!
April
In April, we were back in London again for Izzy to present at LondonSEO, organised by the BlueArray agency, alongside Ryan Jones, Natalie Slater, and Amy Leonard.
It was a lovely, intimate event with great presentations and insightful conversations.
Izzy spoke on EEAT and how it’s simultaneously close to—but different from—traditional SEO.
May
We travelled to beautiful, sunny Malta in May for the CasinoBeats conference. There, Izzy participated in a panel discussion on AI and SEO alongside Aleyda Solis, Warren Summut, and Victoria Buttigieg. Yes, AI was a hot topic in SEO this year.
In true Creatosian fashion, we doubled the trip with a short family vacation. We explored Malta and the beautiful Maltese Islands, took thousands of photos, and had a fantastic time!
June
Between May and June, we barely set foot on the ground as we travelled to IGG in Munich almost immediately after CasinoBeats.
In Germany, Filip and Izzy participated in various panel discussions:
- AI and SEO with Izzy, Julia Logan, Martin Calvert, and Štěpánka Havlíková
- Affiliate Marketing and Mobile-First Strategies with Filip, Martin Calvert, and Dr. Fabian Masurat
- Behavioral Science and Psychology for Player Retention with Filip, Ninia Chkheidze, Mark Dieckmann, and Alexis Wicén
- Navigating Regulatory Shifts with Filip, Dr. Fabian Masurat, and David Altaner
We loved attending IGG, learned much, and made meaningful connections and friends. We also had a day to explore Munich— a spectacular city!
July - September
The summer was less travel-heavy and more focused on family, new projects and new clients. Over the summer, we partnered with Swiss Watches Direct, a luxury watch retailer from Eastbourne, and started working on new projects with Action for Children, a charity that helps children.
October
In October, we ventured across the pond again to attend our favourite digital marketing conference, State of Search, in Dallas, Texas.
Both Izzy and Filip presented this year. Izzy spoke about Going Beyond Rankings and focusing on your customers in SEO. Filip discussed holistic marketing.
As always, we learned so much—the level of presentations at this event is unmatched! We caught up with old friends, made new ones, and enjoyed fantastic food. We danced at the after-party of the year and had an incredible time in Texas.
November
Almost straight from Texas, we headed to Denmark in November to attend the Scandinavian and Nordic Gaming Show in Copenhagen. Izzy and Filip participated in the last panels of the year.
- Izzy, alongside Julia Logan and Daniel Lux, discussed AI and SEO. The consensus? AI is a tool—like any other tool—that can be used effectively when you know what you’re doing.
- Filip, alongside Alexis Wicén, spoke about CRM and player engagement.
We had time to explore Copenhagen—a one-of-a-kind, beautiful place.
We also partnered with Inspiring Jewellery, an independent jewellery retailer from London.
December
Denmark was our last trip of the year, and we closed 2024 just as we opened it—with an exciting client win! In December, we partnered with Dorina, a women’s lingerie brand operating from London and Paris.
The rest of the month flew by as we worked on new projects and prepared for a well-deserved family Christmas!
We have many exciting plans for 2025 and are kicking off the year with several exciting projects! We are looking forward to what the year will bring—we feel it will be a game-changer! After all, it’s the first of Q2 of the 21st century—it has to be unique!
