This group supports each other in learning and encourages us to do our job better every single day, without judgment and without asking for anything in return- just pure kindness. I have been fortunate to be a part of the WiTS mentorship programme twice, and I loved it. We have all received such amazing feedback that I felt inspired to help more people if I can.
With the team at Creatos Media we have decided we are going to launch a free mentorship programme for anyone who works in the industry or would like to get into industry.
About our mentors
We are just starting, so for now we will have two mentors myself, Izabela Wisniewska, and Filip Janczak.
I am a co-founder and director of Creatos Media. I have 8 years of experience in the industry, before launching Creatos Media I worked client-side, at some award winning agencies and as a freelancer. I am an international industry speaker, I hold a BA degree in Marketing and Advertising and a MSc degree in psychology. I started my career while I was in my second year of undergraduate course, now I juggle the development of my two companies, Creatos Media and IzzyActive, while also taking care of my 2-year-old.

Our second mentor, Filip Janczak, also a co-founder of Creatos Media also works as a Marketing Manager for Bluebella.
He has 6 years of experience in the industry, also working freelance, agency-side and client-side with most of his experience being working for a brand. He is a lecturer at Middlesex University, and an industry speaker.
He holds a BA degree in Media and Culture studies. He currently works full time, is building up Creatos Media and taking care of our two year-old.

Process
As we are establishing this mentorship now, we will be taking on just one mentee per mentor each month, so two mentees in total. The mentorship duration will be 4 weeks during which we will commit to an hour a week, or 30mins twice a week, through zoom meeting/phone call where we can chat and guide you.
